Ongoing on-the-job support for adults who need it. Coming late 2027.
We work alongside reentry programs, vocational rehabilitation, and workforce agencies. Refer a client and we will follow up to build a plan together.
Our pilot cohort begins March 2027.

Brighter Future provides gently used and brand-new clothing to anyone ages 14 to 35. We supply interview outfits, required work uniforms, and the items people need to start a job.
To provide youth and young adults with the clothing, uniforms, and supplies they need to interview with confidence and start work ready.
A future where no young person misses an opportunity because of what they have to wear.
Share the job or interview and what it requires, such as scrubs, black pants, or non-slip shoes.
We pull from new and gently used donations to fit the requirement and your size.
Pick up your items and walk into the interview or first shift prepared.
Every donation helps a young person start working without the cost getting in the way.
Fill out the donation form and we will set up a drop-off or pickup with you.
Brighter Future supplies clothing for participants in Change is Growth and Toolkit for Success. We also partner with schools, workforce programs, case managers, and employers to be the clothing supplier for the people they serve.

After your free consultation, we build a plan around your child's goals. Young people can join one-on-one life coaching, group workshops, tutoring, or job readiness coaching. Our Step Into Your Future workshop series has three age tracks: 11 to 13, 14 to 17, and 18 to 24.
